8 cups Water
3 Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
1 tbsp Seasoned Salt to taste
6 tbsps Chicken bouillon
1 tsp Pepper to taste
1 tbsp Garlic minced, to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning to taste
2 cans Mixed vegetables drained
1/2 pkg Wide noodles
1 tbsp Dried minced onion or onion flakes
This is simple – put water, chicken and seasonings into large pot. Cover and cook over medium heat until chicken is done (about 1 hour to be safe). Remove chicken from pot let cool a bit and then cut into pieces. Return chicken to pot along with canned vegetable and noodles. Let cook until noodles are done (about 20 minutes). Serve.
